At SB Biofuel Pvt. Ltd., we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation.

After production or dispatch begins, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed only for cancelled or defective orders.

If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

3. No Return Policy

Since biomass briquettes and pellets are perishable and bulk products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
